With the circular numbered 2019/1 published by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, a "real estate valuation report" has been introduced in all sales transactions in which foreign nationals are parties as buyers or sellers.

It was listed by the CMB on 14.05.2008 to provide valuation services and with the BRSA's decision dated 07.04.2011 and numbered 4150, pursuant to Article 11 of the regulation on the authorization and activities of institutions that will provide valuation services to banks, "Real Estate, Real Estate Project or Rights Attached to a Real Estate and Valuation of Benefits" has been authorized to provide service.
